UK Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within 5-7 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays from date of order confirmation.
You will be advised when your order is on its way to you / the receiver.
EU & International orders should be delivered within 14 days of order confirmation.
You will be notified when your order has shipped and tracking details will be sent to you.
If you are concerned about the time your order is taking to get to you please contact us via email email@example.com and we will advise you where your order is.
Due to the bespoke nature of Pastiche Bags they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If there is a manufacturing fault, this means the item was received with the fault, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase.
We will require images of the fault and once confirmed we will replace your faulty bag.
Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team.
If we do catch your order in time we will do our best to amend the delivery address.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order and refund your payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.
